Redworx MEP have undertaken the validations and are currently progressing the design from stage 4 intent through to fully co-ordinated BIM stage 4 design. ​

The project is L30 Cat A office being converted into a turnkey Cat B office arrangement. The office space will be using 4 pipe FCU’s for primary heating and cooling. Along with various changes to the existing office area on the upper levels of open plan working and meeting room layouts, that all need to be sequenced and planned with the office staying in full operation during normal working hours.
