Alex has been working in the London construction industry for over 15 years, he has considerable experience with MEP installations across multiple stages and projects. His experience has been focused in commercial offices, government & educational buildings, both fit-out and plant replacement projects. He has extensive knowledge and experience working in both new builds, retro-fits and occupied building environments. Holding a BEng in building services engineering and MSc in Sustainability, Alex has a very good technical knowledge and a reputation for developing relationships with Clients, End Users and other stakeholders to create a highly productive, positive working environment.

A leading figure in the London M&E market Gary has over 40 years industry experience. Starting his career as an engineer Gary has a strong technical background and foundation in operations. A seasoned business leader and owner with wide reaching relationships, built over many years and maintained through a reputation for delivery. This passion for delivery and client satisfaction has always been at the heart of Gary’s approach, this is engrained into the leadership team and forms part of the DNA at Redworx MEP.

Rob has a wealth of experience across a range of new build and fit-out projects. He is a committed, enthusiastic, and ambitious professional with a passion for successful project delivery. Technically capable with an engineering mindset always looking for solutions rather than problems. Programme, quality and delivery driven his attitude and approach inspires the project teams to deliver. Robert provides Director level engagement with project teams and clients, supporting their delivery and playing a key role in managing client relationships. Robert is focused on creating a collaborative approach to all projects with client and project teams working together allowing them to perform at their best.

Jamie has over twenty-five years’ experience in M&E contracting and has been running commercial departments for most of that time. He has vast experience commercially managing Mechanical and Electrical projects in various sectors and across a wider range of sizes and values. Alongside Michael, Jamie takes responsibility of Redworx MEP’s commercial department, supporting and influencing the department to create a positive & highly functioning commercial team. Jamie’s approach is always open and honest, he will willingly discuss project hurdles and achievements with clients to ensure clear visibility and fairness for all, implementing his wealth of knowledge and working closely with the operations teams to successfully deliver both operationally and commercially.

Entering the building services industry under a Quantity Surveying apprenticeship at 16, Michael has over 15 years Main and Sub-Contractor commercial experience working across various industry sectors. After attaining his BSc in the same field and delivering several successful Shell & Core and Fit Out projects, his last 5 years involved commercial management of multiple major projects and close Client liaison. Today, working alongside Jamie, Michael is responsible for commercial administration of our projects from tender award through to completion and beyond, ensuring our clients' commercial needs are met throughout, and a strong working relationship is maintained with all stakeholders.
