Redworx MEP have been engaged to provide the mechanical services package for Fidelity at 99 Queen Victoria Street. This design and build project will take the initial Stage 3 design developing through subsequent design stages to provide a complete and commissioned installation. The project holds sustainability at the forefront with decarbonisation of the existing services, reuse of elements of infrastructure and targeting the highest levels of sustainability certification through both NABERS and BREEAM.​​

The former LTHW and CHW systems have been removed and will be replaced with high efficiency VRF systems for heating and cooling with air handling plant also receiving upgrades to remove the existing LTHW/CHW coils. Hot water will be generated via high temperature CO2 ASHPs.​

The challenges of a building overhaul within the constraints of an existing structure are always complex but through considered design and engineering we are working with our designers and client team to conclude the design and best satisfy our clients' needs.
