Redworx MEP are undertaking the CAT B fit out of Level 11 at 5 Aldermanbury Square. The project has been fully stripped back to shell and core ready for the new layout to be installed.

The building is currently fully tenanted, with limited access and ability for material access into the building.

The project is a full design & build, with an open office layout with offices and meeting rooms.

The comms room has dedicated cooling via independent roof plant. The LTHW & CHW circuits are being fully drained and modified, including a full BSRIA flush with dual samples and integration into the landlord circuits.
