Services diversions within the 30 storey redevelopment on behalf of Erith.

The works involve a detailed design to re-route the smoke extract system & fire rated ventilation to the critical sub-station and LV switch rooms, with new smoke clearance system plant and bespoke UKPN supporting services.

The main building drainage is being re-routed, along with the gas supplies to the building and tenants.

The project is being undertaken during live building occupation to commercial offices, shops and restaurants all served from the basement.
