Redworx supported the delivery of a high-quality CAT B fit-out within the iconic 100 Bishopsgate development, one of London's most recognisable commercial towers.
The 25,000 sq ft workplace included cellular offices, meeting rooms, conference facilities, upgraded lift lobbies, client-facing spaces, tea points and back-of-house accommodation.
Engineering the solution
The project involved the integration and adaptation of building services within an occupied commercial environment, supporting significant structural and spatial alterations across the floorplate.
Careful planning and coordination were required throughout to ensure seamless integration with existing landlord systems while maintaining programme and quality expectations.
Managing a landmark building
Working within one of the City's busiest commercial buildings required detailed logistical planning and close coordination with the wider project team. Particular attention was given to sequencing and service integration to minimise disruption and maintain operational continuity.
