What personal data we collect

We collect personal data when you use the forms on our website.

General enquiries, through our Contact page: first name and last name, email address, phone number, and your message.

Supply chain partner enquiries, through our Supply Chain page: name, organisation, service provided, and email address.

Recruitment enquiries, through our Vacancies page: first name and last name, email address, phone number, role applying for, current job title, CV, and cover letter if provided.

We also collect data automatically through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console. See our Cookie Policy for full detail.

Why we use your data, and our lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to general enquiries and to assess supply chain partner enquiries you've sent us. For job applications, we rely on the steps needed to consider entering a contract with you, alongside our legitimate interests in running a fair recruitment process. For understanding how visitors use our website, we rely on your consent, given through our cookie banner.

We only use enquiry, supply chain or recruitment data to respond to what you've asked us to do. We don't use your data for marketing, and we don't sell it to anyone.

How long we keep your data

As a general rule, we keep general and supply chain enquiry data for 12 months from your last contact with us, then delete it. We keep CV and application data for 12 months from receipt, whether or not your application is successful, then delete it, unless you ask us to keep your details on file for longer or a role you've applied for is still under consideration.

If we need to keep data for longer, for example because of an ongoing legal or contractual matter, we'll only keep it for as long as that reason requires.

Where your data is stored, and who we share it with

Submissions made through our website forms are processed by Webflow, our website hosting and forms provider, and are also sent by email to the relevant Redworx team. We don't use a CRM system.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal data with any other organisation. Data isn't shared with any third party beyond Webflow, for hosting and form processing, and Google, for analytics, covered in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, ask us to delete your data, ask us to restrict how we use your data, object to us using your data, and ask for your data in a portable format where relevant.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@redworx.uk.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies, including Google Analytics, to help us understand how visitors use the site. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the "Cookie Settings" link in our website footer. See our Cookie Policy for full detail.
