Michael Zontek

Michael began his career in the building services industry through a Quantity Surveying apprenticeship and has since built more than 20 years of commercial experience across both main contractor and specialist MEP environments.

Throughout his career, he has played a key role in the successful delivery of major shell & core and fit-out projects across a range of sectors. Today, working as Commercial Director alongside Jamie, Michael oversees the commercial administration of our projects across the business, ensuring projects are delivered with strong commercial governance, effective risk management and a focus on achieving successful outcomes for both clients and project teams.
