John has extensive experience in estimating and pre-construction, having spent over 40 years helping clients and project teams develop commercially sound, best-value solutions across a wide range of MEP projects.

As Estimating Director, he leads Redworx's tendering and pre-construction activities, combining strong commercial awareness, cost planning expertise and value engineering to ensure projects are set up for success from the outset.
